Making paper with the pour method while the coffee brews is a great way to start the day. One 9 ounce cup of pulp mixture is enough to fill both my little frames. Everything was already set up, drip tray waiting, dried flowers and herbs in a basket on my work table, so I was in and out of the studio in less than 5 minutes.
This paper takes about two days to fully dry. It is thick, more art paper than stationary, and smells like the flowers. I haven’t tried ironing it smooth yet.

On a side note, I deleted the links to EBSQ from the sidebar because I dropped my paid membership to what seems to now be a defunct art site just hanging in limbo. Supposedly, they were doing some kind of upgrade but weeks of nothingness are fading into years. I emailed an inquiry months ago when I was unable to generate a COA on the website and got a please keep sending us money and maybe someday we’ll have time to work on it type of response. I kind of wanted to hang on indefinitely; but with no sign of progress, it was time to wake up and smell the coffee.
